Page should contain a title tag

Why is this important?

The page title is the first line which screen readers would normally read. It provides a starting point for users to understand what the page is about and will help determine their actions, if this is the page they want to read or navigate through to reach the page they are interested on.

Similar to Accessibility, for SEO the page title informs the search engines on what the page is about. Having a page title and using key words that users search for improves the chances of the page to show up in search engines. The page title is also what is displayed in the search engine results, having a page title with meaningful text related to its content will encourage to go to the page and stay longer.
