Graphical form buttons should have "alt" text

Why is this important?

A blind user cannot see a graphical form button and they would be reliant on a screen reader to interpret what the form button does. Adding an alt attribute provides the description on what the button does.

How can I resolve this issue?

Add an alt attribute describing the purpose of the button
