Update to Critical Path Monitoring

The details page of CPM has been changed to be collapsed and condensed by error type and tag name. The tabs can be expanded to show the same information that used to be shown but are closed by default.

This should make it easier for users to address issues with specific tags and errors. It also generally cleans the page up and looks pretty.
