Evidon info pages FAQ

Why are the Evidon info pages not secure?

For example: http://info.evidon.ie/more_info/11346

If a user navigates to a secure version of the info page, an error appears.

https://info.evidon.ie/more_info/11346

Our predecessors created the info pages with country-specific Evidon domains (evidon.fr, evidon.ie, etc.).  This implementation causes a number of issues including adding certs for domains to ensure that secure connections are supported.  It's possible that we could add an *.evidon.com cert, but that doesn’t solve the issue for domains like evidon.ie. We will need to either buy certs for all of our domains or just wait until we eventually move onto the new info pages where we don’t use the country-specific tld’s.

Any plans to move to secure info pages?

Our standard pages (info.evidon.com) are secure, but there is a possibility that others are as well,
if/when we ever move to the new consent tool they will all be secure.
