Have you enhanced the search functionality from Volte?

We brought most of the advanced search features of Volte into V3.

You will see that the biggest change in search is the decentralized nature of it - Search has been incorporated into separate panels. For example,  a search field that is part of the File View Panel and is context aware and searches the available folders. Other panels include their own context-aware search field. For example, in the DAM panel you can search based on label or type, like jpeg png and gif.

Are any of those checkpoints built in?  If not, is that something support or PS would have to do?

These are configured in the template or experience. In the example, the template was configured so an alt tag is required.

This is a part of the governance capabilities in DXM. The templates allow this flexibility and this is a recommended configuration.

The 'remind me later' option is also a recommended configuration that lets the you skip this requirement at first and then review based on additional governance checkpoints enabled through DQM.

The template configurations need to be enabled through a developer - either from your own development team, a partner or professional services.

The DQM Panel built in and error checking is first enabled by configuring the DQM connector through the settings panel. Support can assist with that.

Once that is in place, you'll see feedback on your checkpoints in the DQM panel.

How would Josh know that you sent him a message?

Currently, this is linked to assets or pages, not individual users.

If you have the conversations panel open and switch to a different asset, you'll see a different conversation thread

So there is no prompt for the person you are messaging to access the page and check the conversation?

Correct. Currently, other users are not prompted. They will see the thread in the conversation panel when they open the asset

Will CrownPeak keep a log of these conversations? Will we be able to see a history of conversations around a single asset? 

We are maintaining a log.

when you select one of these issues, will it show you where this issue is on the page

Currently, when you select the issue in the panel, all issues are highlighted in yellow in the Inline view.

It does not highlight individual items. Is that what you are expecting

going back to the conversation panel, did josh get a notification that he was mentioned in a comment in conversation? how did josh know to check that assets conversation?

In this example, Josh knew there was a message for him because he had same asset as well as the conversations panel open in his browser.

but is there an association between the items in the issues list to know exactly where on teh page each one is?

In addition, more detailed information is always available in your reports in DQM, available from the left navigation bar.

In DQM, is there a way to sort the Fail first, since those are the items I'm going to want to focus on?

Currently, the failed items appear at the bottom. Starting in the next release, you will see them at the top.

There is also a filter that let's you sort on 5 types of checkpoints - Accessibility, SEO, Brand, Legal, Usability

What if we wanted" to use "Click Here" can we get past the error?

In DQM, you can customize your checkpoints to ignore this.

When you enable the connector in DXM, it looks at your checkpoint settings to return results.

One note on the checkpoint, itself -

We can change any checkpoint and add additional ones. However, I’ll add this caution - By using items such as “Click here”, you would do substantial harm to your Accessibility and SEO evaluation. Your scores on those two topics will improve simply by excluding the checkpoint, but your digital experience will remain sub-par.

It can be changed, but we would recommend against it.

Does the 5% DQM setting also allow "show stopper" issues to prevent publishing even if the priority issues are less than 5%?

This is not currently a feature, but it is being considered for the roadmap.

Will there be something on the dash that will appear when you have a conversation with a co-worker

Dashboards in V3 are currently being tested and will be released soon. There will be a conversations widget available.

.@ targeting to direct messages to specific colleagues is currently being worked on

Additional improvements are being planned for later this year and the product team is getting feedback.

Hi Denise, Will the Conversations be taking the place of "Tasks" in Classic?

Yes.

Conversations is a new feature, found only in V3.

It is the beginning of a new collaboration sub system.

It lets you converse and collaborate with colleagues and also assign tasks.

You’ll be able to find active conversations to see what's going on in the instance

This was just released in the Spring of 2018.

Is there a Dashboard type place here in V3 that has similar information as in Classic.  For example, assets pending approval

Dashboards in V3 are currently being tested and will be released soon.

Is there a reason that Content Blocks would be greyed out in our instance?

Content blocks needs to be enabled for this to be active.

is it possible to put two items in one row, i.e. two columns?

Yes this is possible using the columns component to divide a section into columns.

Columns is one of the basic components

I have noticed some features that I'm not seeing in V3...is there a list of items that haven't been moved over yet and when they will be available?  For instance Classic had a great feature for Assuming Identiy of a User so they we could see the issues they were having.  That's just one example of a feature I haven't seen in V3.

Right now, this feature is not available in V3.

Additional improvements are being planned for later this year and the product team is getting feedback.
