Managing Users - Weekly Email Notifications

The DQM platform can send out weekly notifications for each dashboard that is managed by a user. As of the moment weekly notifications are sent every Monday for all users.

Setting Weekly Email Notifications

  • Go to the User Management page

  • Select the user you would like to set the notification for by clicking on their name
  • On the users profile scroll down to Manage weekly status update emails
  • Click on the dashboard or dashboards you would like the user to receive email notifications for

  • Click on Update User


  • Only Administrators can set a users email notification
  • Users will get one email for every dashboard. Turning on notifications for 10 dashboards will send 10 emails every Monday on the status of each dashboard set
